Subject to an active membership in the Accor Ownership Benefits Program, these benefits include preferred status in Accor Live Limitless (ALL), a VIP reservation desk, preferred room rates across more than 40 brands, private homeowner exchange services at select properties and more.

At participating properties, residents can elect to participate in a managed rental program. Rental programs are ideal for purchasers who wish to generate rental income when not personally enjoying their home

Residential projects referenced are not owned, developed, or sold by Accor SA or its affiliates (“Accor”).  The projects are independently developed, marketed and sold by third party development partners (“Developer”) under a specific agreement with Accor relating to the use of the brand (the “Agreement”).
