Featuring floor plans ranging from 450 to 845 square feet, ELLE Residences Miami will offer one or two-bedroom options, as well as a selection of penthouses.
Prices will start at $525,000, with flexible rental opportunities allowing owners to lease out their units for short-term stays, complemented by top-notch service and luxurious amenities.

Carefully Crafted Interiors
The One Atelier, known for their work with fashion-focused real estate projects for brands like Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi Casa, and Karl Lagerfeld, will collaborate on the interiors of this development. Expect homes that are runway-worthy and reminiscent of the pages of Elle Decor, paying homage to the magazine’s Parisian roots.
