No we do not charge commission, we are a pay to list platform. Potential buyers contact advertisers directly. BRESI is not involved in the sales and purchase process. We work with clients on a subscription basis.

Yes we are developer focused platform that provides property developers with a dedicated outlet to showcase branded residences for sale and services such as construction updates, press release publication, development consultancy and marketing & advertising services.

Yes of course we welcome agencies and brokers to advertise both rentals and resales on BRESI. However for new build and off-plan projects BRESI is exclusively for property developers, hotel groups and sole agencies.

Real estate agencies cannot currently advertise new build developments on our platform (unless they are the authorised sole agency for the developer) we welcome estate agencies and brokers to list, branded residence resales and rentals.

No we do not allow luxury non branded properties. BRESI is committed to the branded residences sector and therefore only branded real estate can be advertised. The projects can be with hospitality and non hotel luxury brands, they can be with or without a hotel. As long as the development has an element of branding to it, you are good to go.

Yes we publish news from both advertisers and non advertisers. We are committed to promoting the industry, and therefore publish all relevant news from the sector, this includes, press releases, construction updates, and project news. 

Yes we offer branded residence consulting services. BRESI founder Jason Payne, has worked in the branded residences sector for over 15 years.
