When developers 13th Floor Investments and Key International announced Nobu Residences 619 Brickell late last year, it marked a significant moment for Miami’s luxury residential market, introducing the city’s first Nobu Residences.
At the time, the initial details were enough to generate considerable interest. A 74-story architectural landmark along Biscayne Bay, designed by the world-renowned Foster + Partners in collaboration with Sieger-Suarez Architects.
Three hundred branded residences and 90,000 square feet of private amenities, all reflecting Nobu’s refined Japanese-inspired elegance and elevated service. A wellness program built around longevity and biohacking that goes well beyond anything currently on offer in Miami.
And at ground level, a second Miami Nobu restaurant with a distinctive circular design and breathtaking waterfront views, blurring the line between home and hospitality.
Now, with interior renderings released, the vision and the lifestyle offering is coming into much sharper focus.
The images offer the first detailed look inside a project that has been carefully conceived from the ground up as a collaboration between some of the most recognized names in architecture, hospitality, and residential development.
Foster + Partners, working alongside Sieger-Suarez Architects, have designed a tower with a distinctive twisting form, ensuring that panoramic water views across Biscayne Bay are not a privilege reserved for penthouse buyers, but a defining feature of every residence.

Inside, the residences themselves reflect the refined, Japanese-inspired aesthetic that has made the Nobu brand globally recognizable. Open floor plans, smooth wood finishes, floor-to-ceiling windows, and expansive wraparound terraces that dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior living.
The branded residences will range from one to four bedrooms, with sky villas and penthouses completing a lineup that covers every level of luxury.

Residences are priced from $3 million, with the most exclusive homes reaching up to $60 million.
An Innovative Wellness-Focused Lifestyle
With $25 million committed specifically to longevity-focused and biohacking amenities, 13th Floor Investments and Key International have made their ambition on the wellness front abundantly clear.
The Nobu Wellness and Longevity Spa will feature cryotherapy chambers, hyperbaric oxygen suites, an IV and peptide therapy lounge, physical therapy suites, and ozone therapy, among other treatments, an offering that goes well beyond what even the most high-end residential developments typically provide.
The investment also reflects a broader shift in what buyers at this level are prioritizing.
Rather than viewing wellness as an occasional pursuit requiring appointments and travel, residents at 619 Brickell will have everything integrated into the rhythm of daily life, with world-class treatments and facilities available on their doorstep from the moment they move in.

Beyond the spa, the renderings give the clearest picture yet of what 90,000 square feet of amenities actually looks like when the brief goes well beyond the conventional.
Four distinct pools, including an 86-foot sunset pool, hot and cold plunge pools, a saltwater rejuvenation pool, and a lap pool set within an indoor-outdoor spa garden.

619 Brickell represents the next evolution of Nobu’s lifestyle vision,” said Trevor Horwell, CEO for Nobu Hospitality. “It brings together our commitment to craftsmanship, design integrity, and exceptional service to create a truly immersive residential experience. Miami’s energy and cultural vitality make it the perfect setting for this milestone project.”

Padel courts, sports simulators, game rooms, private dining, at ground level, Miami’s second Nobu restaurant will debut with a distinctive circular design and breathtaking waterfront views, creating a seamless connection between home and hospitality.

Official sales for 619 Brickell are expected to launch this June by Key International
