Chapecó, a key city in western Santa Catarina, is set to welcome its first internationally branded residential development with the launch of Tonino Lamborghini Residences Chapecò. SM Santa Maria, a local construction company with 32 years of experience and over 400,000 square meters built, has partnered with the Tonino Lamborghini brand to bring the Tonino Lamborghini Residences to the city.
The tower will rise at the corner of Clevelândia and Condá streets, close to the Chapecoense stadium, and will offer apartments ranging from 170 to 217 square meters, with the option to combine units into larger sky mansions of up to 550 square meters.
The architectural design is led by Studio Ronaldo Rezende from Porto Alegre, developed in close collaboration with the Italian brand’s team to blend Brazilian and Italian design sensibilities.

The building will set a high bar for construction quality, with strong attention given to thermal and acoustic performance throughout. T
he common areas, leisure spaces and landscaping have been designed to work together as a cohesive whole rather than separate elements, creating an environment where residents can genuinely connect with their surroundings.
The balconies draw directly from Italian design principles, characterised by clean lines and deliberate angles, while all leisure areas have been planned with comfort, safety and everyday livability at the forefront.
