Chapecò Welcomes The First Real Estate Development With An International Brand.
Tonino Lamborghini Residences Chapecó is the first real estate development in the city of Chapecò to feature a renowned international brand recognized for its excellence in design.
The initiative is led by SM Santa Maria, a company that has operated in the construction sector for 32 years, with 39 developments in its portfolio and more than 400,000 square meters built and under construction.
The official launch ceremony of the Tonino Lamborghini Residences Chapecò took place in the city Friday, February 27.
With the presence of Mr. Tonino Lamborghini, the Vice President Ginevra Lamborghini, and Tonino Lamborghini Total Living Creative Director Angela Destri Krieger, the event gathered clients, authorities, business leaders, celebrities, and members of the press.

Tonino Lamborghini’s connection with the city goes beyond business. In 2023, he visited Chapecó together with Angela Krieger, a native of the city, when he met the Sordi family and from that encounter a friendship was established. From this relationship emerged the idea of developing a branded project in the city.
Negotiations progressed between SM Santa Maria — represented by President Milton Sordi and Vice Presidents Isabela Sordi and Pedro Sordi — and the Italian brand. In September 2025, the contract was officially signed in Bologna, Italy.
Tonino Lamborghini Residences Chapecò

The development will be built in one of the city’s most prestigious locations, at the corner of Clevelândia and Condá streets, in the heart of Chapecó, near the Chapecoense stadium.
The residential tower will feature apartments ranging from 170 to 217 square meters, with the possibility of combining units to create exclusive sky mansions of approximately 400 m² to 550 m².
Even before the official launch, 65% of the units had already been sold. Among the building’s highlights are the construction standards that focus on thermal and acoustic comfort and a living concept designed as a meeting point between architecture, social interaction and experience, seamlessly integrating social, leisure, and landscaping areas in a fluid and sophisticated composition.
The balconies will feature lines reflecting the essence of Italian design through precise angles, while leisure areas prioritise comfort, safety and quality of life.

In addition to the Italian design reference, the architectural project is signed by Studio Ronaldo Rezende, from Porto Alegre, recognized for works that combine context, aesthetics and functionality. In partnership with the Tonino Lamborghini team in Italy, architects Ronaldo and Raul Rezende emphasize the integration of Brazilian architectural language with Italian DNA.
Complementing this vision, landscaping is designed by Tellini Vontobel Arquitetura, bringing sensitivity and sophistication to outdoor spaces.
The integration between architecture and landscape was strategically conceived to enhance each environment, reinforcing the proposal of offering a development that combines aesthetic excellence, technical quality, and a premium living experience.

Internationally, developments carrying this signature are located in cities across China, the United Arab Emirates, Georgia, Egypt, India, and Saudi Arabia.
