Construction has now begun at MANSORY Residences by Amaal, an AED 1.8 billion project in Meydan Horizon that brings the German luxury automotive brand into residential real estate for the first time. The project promises a lifestyle that fuses design, comfort, and exclusivity at the highest level.
With 48 residential floors above 8 podium levels, it will be the tallest development in Meydan Horizon, spanning nearly 142,800 square meters and will deliver one- to three-bedroom luxury design inspired branded residences, plus eight full-floor penthouses when it completes in Q4 2028.

From Automotive Customisation to Branded Residential Design
MANSORY has spent over three decades customizing high-end vehicles from Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Ferrari, and Lamborghini. The residences translate the company’s approach of precision detailing, premium materials, and custom finishes into living spaces.
Interiors will use layered lighting, leather-wrapped furnishings, brushed metals, and custom wood finishes drawn from automotive design.
The aesthetic borrows from luxury vehicle cabins while adapting to residential requirements.
Distinctive Amenities
The tower includes amenities across three levels: infinity pools, VIP lounges, wellness centers, and podium gardens. The MANSORY Nest is a climate-controlled automotive lounge. Penthouse owners can use a dedicated car elevator to display vehicles inside their units.
A private MANSORY Club occupies the 41st floor, and residents access services through a dedicated app for housekeeping, travel bookings, and spa treatments. Premium retail outlets will operate at ground level.
MANSORY Residences will be the tallest development in Meydan Horizon, a 1,100-acre masterplan featuring canals, man-made lagoons, and a central park.
The project targets buyers seeking branded residences that combine automotive design heritage with real estate investment.
