The company has today announced the formal launch of its dedicated branded residences practice, bringing that same operational rigour to one of the fastest-growing segments in global luxury real estate.
Branded residences represent hundreds of new developments in the pipeline across EMEA, the Americas, and Asia Pacific. However the operational infrastructure required to deliver a genuine branded residential experience (residential-specific service standards, trained resident-facing teams, and independent performance measurement) remains, in Moricon’s assessment, the least developed part of the sector.

Moricon has already delivered a substantial body of branded residences work across three projects in the Gulf region and with one of the world’s leading North American hotel brands. Engagements have included strategic operational consultancy and service standards development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, spanning two landmark developments, and a residential service standards project currently under way in Abu Dhabi.
A further engagement with a major North American hotel brand involved developing residential standards frameworks and service delivery models tailored to the branded residences context. Client confidentiality means individual names cannot be disclosed at this time.
