Rixos Al Reem Residences, developed by East & West Property Development and under the Ennismore portfolio, unveils a first look at its interiors designed by HBA Residential, the specialist studio serving the world’s most discerning developers and private clients.
Part of HBA’s global network, the studio brings a hospitality-led approach to the project – balancing five-star sensibility with a residential soul. The result is a collection of highly considered homes defined by the essence of Turkish hospitality and the Rixos brand DNA.
Rising on the shores of Abu Dhabi’s Al Reem Island and realised in collaboration with architects Aedas, this collection of 386 residences, Rixos’ first branded residential project in Abu Dhabi, is anchored in a strong sense of place.
The interiors artfully weave the Rixos brand’s signature Turkish heritage with local Middle Eastern influences. Grounded in the Rixos promise of all inclusive, all exclusive living – and in the brand pillars of generous abundance, tailored family living, and a contemporary expression of classical culture – the design weaves these values into a richly considered interior experience.
Mirroring Aedas’ fluid architectural language, HBA Residential’s concept draws from the island’s urban rhythm and the tidal movements of the Arabian Gulf.

At Rixos Al Reem Residences, the brand’s Turkish heritage is expressed through a considered design language where contemporary Turkish art and ceramics shape the arrival experience. The entrance vestibule is anchored by five-meter, hand-thrown porcelain forms finished in expressive cobalt blue.
Drawing on the region’s deep ceramic heritage, these works reimagine traditional craftsmanship through a distinctly contemporary lens. In the lobby, the ceiling is transformed into an immersive botanical canopy inspired by native flora, introducing a fluid sense of movement that echoes the building’s architectural rhythm and waterfront setting.
A hospitality-led approach, refined through decades of designing for the world’s ultra-high-net-worths, informs the planning and programming of every residence. HBA Residential has shaped each home with expansive dual-aspect layouts and generous ceiling heights, maximising light, volume, and panoramic views.
The collection spans from one-bedroom apartments to three-bedroom lofts and impressive four-bedroom suites.
The interiors are grounded in a layered material palette that channels Turkish warmth and tactility, anchored by Rixos’ signature bold patterns, a connective thread across the brand’s global properties. Anatolia Beige marble flooring and Venus White marble surfaces are complemented by Celeste quartzite, warm timber detailing, and woven textiles.
Subtle metal accents and mosaic-tiled kitchen backsplashes provide a final note of refined texture, bridging the gap between grand scale and domestic intimacy.

Across three distinct environments – The Oasis, The Haven, and The Gathering – the scheme moves fluidly between restoration, nature, and sociability.
