The fully furnished waterfront development is designed around sea and Dubai skyline views, with residences ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses. Prices start from AED 1.65 million, with a 30/70 payment plan and expected completion in Q4 2029, according to Danube.
The project follows the launch of Danube’s Shahrukhz commercial tower on Sheikh Zayed Road. Danube says the commercial project sold out on its launch day, paving the way for the Shahrukhz concept to expand into residential development.
Shahrukhz Residences also brings Gauri Khan into the project, with the designer and entrepreneur creating the development’s exclusive penthouses. Her involvement adds a design dimension to the project beyond its association with Shah Rukh Khan.
The location places the development directly on the waterfront in Dubai Maritime City, while major destinations including Port Rashid, Dubai World Trade Centre, Jumeirah Beach and Downtown Dubai are within relatively short driving distances.
