Select Group, a prominent real estate developer, has awarded Arabian Construction Company (ACC) the contract for its flagship project, Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina. This ultra-luxury development, valued at over $1 billion, is set to redefine urban living in Dubai. Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina construction will commence in early November.

The project is scheduled for completion in 2028, with main construction works set to resume on November 1.
