  • Nestled in the picturesque village of Çakabey within Çeşme, İzmir Province, the intimate retreat will be enveloped by rolling vineyards, olive groves, and the timeless natural beauty of the Aegean landscape, offering a harmonious blend of seclusion and refined elegance.

  • The development will encompass 54 guestrooms, suites, and private pool villas alongside 50 branded residences, complemented by exceptional amenities including signature dining venues, a rooftop skygazing bar, an Anantara Spa & Wellness centre, sporting facilities, and a dedicated Kids & Teens Club.

Minor Hotels Expands into Türkiye’s Aegean with Anantara Çeşme Retreat and Residences

Minor Hotels announces the development of Anantara Retreat Çeşme and Anantara Residences Çeşme, a new luxury retreat and branded residences in Türkiye’s renowned Aegean region.

Scheduled to open in 2030, the project will strengthen Minor Hotels’ growing luxury portfolio in Türkiye while expanding into one of the country’s most sought-after leisure destinations.

Located in the village of Çakabey within the Çeşme district of İzmir Province, the newly built property will be surrounded by vineyards, rolling hills and the natural beauty of Türkiye’s Aegean region.

The development will comprise 54 guest rooms, suites and private pool villas, alongside 50 branded residences and feature multiple dining options a rooftop sky gazing bar, an Anantara Spa & Wellness centre and expansive facilities including pools, tennis and padel courts, as well as a Kids & Teens Club.

Castello Fontana

Part of the wider Castello Fontana masterplan, the retreat is being developed by Arikan Proje Geliştirme A.Ş. The mixed-use destination has been conceived around art, gastronomy, agriculture, culture and wellbeing, creating a distinctive luxury escape that reflects the character of Türkiye’s Aegean landscape.

Located approximately one hour from İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport, the retreat combines seclusion with convenient access from Türkiye’s third-largest city.
