Andaz Turks & Caicos Celebrates Major Construction Milestone With ‘Topping Off’ Ceremony
Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay, developed by Vista Development Inc., announces today a key milestone thanks in large part to its construction partner BYD TCI Construction. The project recently celebrated the topping off with a ceremony at the site of the future resort and luxury hotel branded residences residences.
Marking the completion of the building’s fundamental framework and roof, the event included remarks from key project representatives along with a celebration of Andaz Turks & Caicos’ team who delivered the milestone significantly ahead of schedule. Attendance included Andaz Turks & Caicos leadership Jon Siegel, Matt McDonald and Steve McConaghy.
In addition to its recent topping off, Andaz Turks & Caicos continues to demonstrate significant progress across sales and construction. The first model hotel rooms will debut this fall, adding a physical component to the Andaz Turks & Caicos’ sales office experience for owners and prospects.
The project continues to see strong interest from buyers, surpassing $70M in sales to date along with the sell-out of its studio offerings and the release of the premium “Reef Collection” this past June. Demonstrating Andaz Turks & Caicos’ commitment to sustainability, 1% of sales proceeds from each Reef Collection residence will be donated to Turks and Caicos Reef Fund, (TCRF), an organization dedicated to the protection and conservation of the region’s coral reefs.
Stretching more than five and a half acres, Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay will begin welcoming guests in early 2026 as the first Hyatt hotel in Turks & Caicos and the first Andaz hotel in the Caribbean. Offering an unparalleled five-star experience, the premier property will boast a 59-key resort and 73 luxury hotel branded residences, all featuring breathtaking ocean views.
The thoughtfully designed resort will be home to exceptional dining including three restaurants and bars. and an elevated rooftop venue with unobstructed panoramic views of the bay.
Additional amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness facility, a garden yoga studio, tennis and pickleball courts, kid’s club, and a full-service indoor/outdoor spa with cold plunge.
