Bentley Residences Miami Sets Florida Record with Massive 36-Hour Concrete Pour

Dezer Development has completed a record-breaking concrete foundation pour for Bentley Residences Miami, marking Florida’s largest residential construction pour and the nation’s second-largest foundation pour.

Executed in partnership with Coastal Construction, the 36-hour continuous operation at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach required 2,100 truckloads delivering 20,000 cubic yards of concrete, 2,400 tons of reinforcing steel, and 10 concrete pumps working in synchronised coordination.

“Setting a record of this scale is an incredible achievement and a defining moment for Bentley Residences,” said Gil Dezer, President of Dezer Development. “This milestone is a testament to the strength and precision behind the project and to the shared vision of creating a landmark that embodies innovation, craftsmanship, and the future of luxury living in Miami.”

With the foundation complete, the tower is ready to rise to 749 feet across 63 stories, making it the tallest residential building on any US oceanfront. The project is scheduled for completion in early 2028.

Architectural Design and Innovation

Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in partnership with Bentley Motors, the cylindrical tower will feature 216 residences along 200 feet of pristine beachfront. The building’s distinctive diamond-shaped glass panel facade directly references the iconic quilting pattern found in Bentley automobiles, creating a visual connection between automotive design and residential architecture.

Each residence spans 5,256 to 6,333 square feet with three or four-bedroom layouts. Floor-to-ceiling windows and ten-foot ceilings create expansive living spaces, while the tower’s unique orientation ensures every home captures panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Miami skyline, and Intracoastal Waterway.

Luxury Interiors and Outdoor Living

Interiors feature state-of-the-art Gaggenau appliances, Italian-designed cabinetry with motorized doors, and expansive stone islands. Master suites include private saunas overlooking the ocean, freestanding soaking tubs positioned for water views, and double rain shower systems.

Toto Neorest toilets with integrated bidet technology, behind-mirror televisions, heated bathroom floors, and towel warmers add layers of comfort. Custom faucet levers and door handles throughout feature Bentley’s signature diamond design motif.

Every residence includes oversized terraces a rare amenity in high-rise living. These outdoor spaces function as true extensions of the interior, complete with summer kitchens equipped with Gaggenau Vario electric grills and generous lounging areas that take full advantage of South Florida’s climate and ocean views.

Resort-Style Amenities

The 20,000-square-foot amenity collection spans three levels and has been curated and furnished by Bentley Home. A signature restaurant helmed by four-time James Beard Award-winning chef Todd English serves as an exclusive dining venue for residents.

The whiskey bar, inspired by Bentley’s matrix grille design, features a bar that appears to float from the ceiling. An adjacent cigar lounge and a 14-seat private cinema designed to evoke a Bentley interior complete the entertainment offerings.

The development even features a 114-square-foot pet spa designed in partnership with Bentley Motors, offering grooming and washing services exclusively for residents’ pets.

A sophisticated game room offers VR headsets, golf simulators, and racing simulators, while a kids’ club provides programmed activities for younger residents.
