This April four leading branded real estate companies are bringing their expertise to Europe with a series of free-to-attend branded residences conferences in Prague on the 21st, Vienna on the 22nd, and Budapest on the 23rd. Spaces are limited across all three events, with registration closing 7 April 2026.



Hosted by Global Branded Residences, RLA Global, Bogle Architects, and VMI Studio, in association with Minor Hotels, the events will bring together developers, investors, and industry professionals for a programme designed to help capitalise on and fully understand one of the fastest growing sectors of luxury real estate.

Branded Residences in Focus

Riyan Itani, Founder and Director of GBR, will open with a global and regional overview of the branded residences market, before leading a second session on the fundamentals of branded residential development alongside Roger Allen, Group CEO of RLA Global, and representatives from leading operators and developers, covering brand and operator selection, strategy, and partnership models.

Ian Bogle, Founder of Bogle Architects, will then address how architectural concepts are translated into built form in a session exploring the design process behind successful branded residential projects. VMI Studio close the programme with a session examining customer experience, sales, and marketing strategies for branded residences.
