Bugatti’s Design DNA Coming to Miami with Bugatti Residences Miami

Bugatti’s design DNA comes to Miami with Bugatti Residences Miami, a 60-storey branded residential tower by Prosper Group and Versluys Group.

Prosper Group and Versluys Group have unveiled Bugatti Residences Miami, bringing the French automaker known for its million-dollar hypercars to Brickell with a 60-storey residential tower on the Miami River.

Located at 75 SW Miami Avenue Road, the development will offer 183 branded residences, including four penthouses, with more than 300 feet of frontage along the Miami River. The project is expected to have a value of $650 million, with sales scheduled to launch in the first half of 2027.

The Miami tower will be Bugatti’s first branded residential project in the United States, following Bugatti Residences by Binghatti in Dubai, the marque’s first move into branded residences.

The one-acre waterfront site was acquired by Prosper Group and Versluys Group for $50 million in August, after being under contract for around 18 months.

Brandon Haw Architecture is leading the architecture, with Yabu Pushelberg responsible for the interiors. The design incorporates elements of Bugatti’s automotive identity, including its C-line, the curved profile that has become a defining feature across the marque’s hypercar range.

The same design philosophy is reflected in Bugatti’s long-standing approach to exclusivity and craftsmanship, captured in Ettore Bugatti’s famous line: “If comparable, it is no longer Bugatti.”

Wiebke Ståhl, Managing Director of Bugatti International, said Miami’s design and international appeal made it the right setting for the brand’s next residential project, with the development focused on both design and operations.

“Miami’s bold architecture, creative spirit and global appeal makes it a compelling setting for our next Bugatti Residences project,” Our vision is to consider every aspect, from exquisite design to seamless service and operations, creating a branded residential experience unlike any other.”

Rhodium has been appointed as the exclusive global residential operating partner for Bugatti Residences Miami. Founded in 2011, the firm manages a portfolio of more than £12 billion across roughly 40 ultra-luxury developments in London, Dubai and Athens, including Northacre’s The Broadway and No.1 Palace Street, and Brockton Everlast’s 60 Curzon Street.

Its role on the Miami project will span the full lifecycle of the building, from early-stage planning of amenities and service offerings through to post-completion property and residence management, with white-glove butler service among the amenities offered to residents.

“For more than a century, Versluys Group has built its reputation on craftsmanship, quality and creating residences that stand the test of time,” said Bart Versluys, CEO of Versluys Group. “What attracted us to Bugatti was a shared commitment to excellence and an understanding that true luxury extends far beyond aesthetics. By bringing together exceptional development, world-class design and a hospitality-driven operating model, we are creating a residential experience that we believe will set a new benchmark for branded living.”

For Prosper Group CEO Jay Roberts, the Miami River location was central to the decision to bring the Bugatti brand to the project.

“Bugatti Residences Miami unites one of luxury’s most respected brands with a city shaping the future of high-end real estate, “Miami has become the global epicenter for wealth migration, institutional investment and sophisticated living, with Brickell embodying the prime, waterfront site that is central to Prosper Group’s development strategy. It is a natural home for Bugatti’s branded residential debut in the United States.”

Bugatti’s Miami debut adds to a growing list of automotive-branded towers in South Florida, including Porsche Design Tower Miami, Aston Martin Residences downtown and Bentley Residences in Sunny Isles Beach.
