Iconic Residences Design by Pininfarina, has officially reached the 100-metre mark, a significant milestone in the development of what will become the tallest building in the area, becoming a landmark on Dubai’s skyline. It offers 310 luxury apartments with direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road and proximity to hotspots like Burj Al Arab, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, Dubai Harbour and Emirates Hills.
Construction began in January 2025, making the achievement all the more notable; reaching 100 metres in just over a year reflects the disciplined programme management and site coordination that has characterised the project from the outset.

Construction On Schedule for Q3 – 2027 Completion
Construction remains on programme, with strong momentum across multiple workstreams. Technical floor works are now underway, while MEP, civil, interior design and façade installations are advancing progressively through the structure.
Civil, MEP and fit-out works have reached Level 10, and interior construction has commenced on the first completed apartment at Level 7, providing an early indication of the project’s luxury finishes and technical standards.
At the early residential levels, panoramic views toward Palm Jumeirah and Burj Al Arab are already visible, underscoring the project’s prime positioning and long-term lifestyle appeal.
Safety performance on site has been notable. Over 1.2 million working hours have been completed with zero recorded incidents, reflecting the standards being applied across the project.
