The early sales momentum achieved before the sales gallery had opened highlights the resilient demand for high-quality branded residences in Bangkok’s prime districts.
Valued at USD 173.9 million (THB 5.5 billion), the project features 88 freehold units on Sukhumvit Soi 16 in the Asoke area.
Layouts include two-bedroom residences from 139 square metres, three-bedroom units from 193 square metres, and two penthouses of 453 to 554 square metres, with starting prices from around USD 1.4 million (THB 44.8 million) for a two-bedrooms residence.
