The spectacular launch event for Mira Coral Bay, held in Ras Al Khaimah, underscored its significance for the emirate’s branded real estate and tourism sectors.

The grand unveiling of Mira Coral Bay drew notable figures from the luxury industry, including Marcello Grasselli, President Middle East Dolce&Gabbana; Andrea Gentilini, CEO Luxury Living Group; Fabrizio Cardinali, CEO ETRO; Jacob Arabo, Chairman & Founder Jacob&Co.; Alberto Racca, CEO Trussardi; and Mena Marano, CEO Arav Group.

Hosted by Enjy Kiwan and Yousef Abdalbari, the event showcased the 220,000 sqm master plan, designed by Marco Casamonti & Partners / Archea Associati.
An immersive multimedia display highlighted the scope of Mira Coral Bay’s offerings.
Abdulla Al Abdouli, CEO of Marjan, and Tamara Getigezheva, Co-Founder of Mira Developments, led the formal proceedings, joined by Muaed Alakaev, Head of Sales at Mira Developments, and Marwan Al Kindi, CEO of Lighthouse Properties.


Brand representatives presented their contributions and visions for the development, and the evening also featured a world class dining experience by Cipriani, culminating in a synchronised drone show and fireworks display.
This world class project will include hotels and branded residences from brands such as Dolce&Gabbana Casa, Bentley Home, Etro Home, Jacob&Co., John Richmond, and Trussardi.

A highlight is the Kadar Villas, a novel concept crafted with a renowned architect and global branding agency. Each villa will provide two special-edition luxury cars, bespoke interiors by a distinguished designer, and premium appliances from leading manufacturers.
