This exciting development was just revealed by Desarrolladora Arca in collaboration with their sales team, IMI Worldwide Properties, and features architecture and design led by the famed Mexico-based designer Sordo Madaleno.

Nestled along the Caribbean Sea in Mexico, The resort will offer a luxurious beachfront escape surrounded by lush greenery and stunning ocean views. This exclusive residential experience is the first all-inclusive offering from the brand, bringing a new level of luxury to a place rich in history and charm.

The Hotel & Resort

The Ritz-Carlton, Riviera Maya Hotel will showcase 300 rooms and suites, as well as four pools and The Lagoon—a vibrant swimming and splash-play area ideal for families.

Dining choices will encompass Bonfire, known for its grilled dishes; Sagrado, a traditional Mexican bakery and café for quick snacks; Excursion Lounge, providing quick bites; The Farmhouse, emphasizing farm-to-table cuisine; Aldea, a straightforward yet genuine food market; and The Beach Club.

For al fresco dining, visitors can visit Restaurant Central—an outdoor food hall with six distinct venues, including an on-site distillery, wine cellar, and speakeasy.

Furthermore, the property will present The Spa, Kids Club, Teens Club, and The Racquet Club, which will feature professional tennis and pickle-ball courts.

This collection of 32 cottages includes two- and three-bedroom options, available in one- or two-level designs, ranging from 1,600 to over 2,000 square feet, ensuring a serene and picturesque living environment.
