Dar Global, the London-listed luxury real estate developer, has awarded the construction contract to Gulf Asia Contracting for the podium of Trump International Hotel & Tower, Dubai.
Following the successful completion of all enabling works, due in September 2026, this appointment marks the project’s transition into the next stage of construction and another significant milestone in the delivery of one of Dubai’s most anticipated luxury developments.
Located on Sheikh Zayed Road at the gateway to Downtown Dubai, the landmark development continues to progress on schedule as construction advances into its next phase. The appointment reinforces Dar Global’s commitment to partnering with leading regional contractors to deliver exceptional quality across every stage of development.

Designed to set a new benchmark for luxury living, the tower will feature Dubai’s highest outdoor swimming pool, two signature penthouses inspired by New York’s iconic Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue, and uninterrupted views across Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai and the Arabian Gulf.
The latest construction milestone reflects the continued momentum of the project as Dar Global advances the development in line with its delivery programme.
Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai
Officially announced in May 2025 Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai sits on Sheikh Zayed Road at the gateway to Downtown Dubai. Rising approximately 350 metres across 80 floors, the tower combines a five-star hotel, branded residences and a private members’ club.
The banded residences range from one, two and three bedrooms to four bedroom duplex penthouses, sized between 109 and 722 square metres, with two signature penthouses inspired by the original Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue.
Every residence is positioned for a view of the Arabian Sea or Burj Khalifa. The development also features the world’s highest outdoor swimming pool. Handover is scheduled for December 2031.
