Held adjacently with FHS World, this exclusive one day forum explores the thriving sector of Branded Residences, including recognising excellence and outstanding achievement among brokerages and individual brokers operating in the global branded residences market.
There will be three awards that will be presented at BRF during FHS World
Award Categories: Recognising Top Performers
Top Branded Residence Brokerage
This award recognises the brokerage firm with the highest total sales volume in branded residences between September 1, 2024, and August 31, 2025. In addition to the firm’s recognition, the top-performing individual broker within the winning brokerage will receive a special prize, highlighting their pivotal role in the firm’s success.
World’s Top Branded Residence Broker
This accolade honours the individual broker who achieves the highest cumulative transaction volume in branded residences during the same period. It celebrates the dedication and expertise of brokers who excel in navigating the complexities of this dynamic market.
Largest Single Transaction Award
This award is given to the individual broker who completes the largest single branded residence transaction within the 12-month period. It recognises the ability to secure high-value deals that redefine luxury living.
The World Branded Residences Awards: Judges
The World Branded Residences Awards will be judged by a distinguished panel of five industry leaders with extensive expertise in the branded residences and hospitality sectors: Bill Barnett, Riyan Itani, Peter Bazeli, Barry Landsberg, and Lindsay McGinn.
Submission and Award Timeline
Nominations for the World Branded Residences Awards must be submitted by midnight GST on September 19, 2025. The winners will be announced and celebrated on the main stage during the BRF at FHS World on October 29, 2025.
