The internationally famed Polo icon Nacho Figueras has closed on a premium branded residence at the upcoming Jean-Georges Miami Tropic tower. The three-bedroom unit, purchased for circa $3.1 million, will serve as a South Florida base for his athlete son Hilario.
The 2,951 square foot residence sits on the 35th floor and includes expansive outdoor space overlooking Wynwood. A private lift provides direct entry to the home, which features three full bathrooms plus a powder room.

Developers Terra and Lion Development partnered with Michelin-starred restaurateur Jean-Georges Vongerichten on the 48-story project. The tower rises adjacent to Miami’s arts hub, positioning future occupants within walking distance of galleries, museums, and high-end shopping.
The Jean-Georges team curated culinary experiences are integrated throughout the building in collaboration with, award-winning architecture firm Arquitectonica,Terra, Lion, designer, Yabu Pushelberg . Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences‘ amenities span across five full floors and include an 8th-floor pool deck and adjacent resident-only restaurant and bar, rooftop pool, private dining room, archival library, juice bar, mini-market with a grab-and-go café, flowers and gifts, lounge spaces, and many other hospitality and wellness-driven areas throughout the building.
The building’s ground floor will house Jean-Georges’ abc kitchens, a blend of his popular plant-forward restaurant abcV, Latin concept abc cocina, and abc kitchen.
