Architectural design and scale: The 20-story tower, designed by Miami architect Luis Revuelta with interiors by Michele Bönan, will feature 70 residences (2,025-3,975 sq ft) plus four penthouses (up to 9,690 sq ft) with panoramic Biscayne Bay views.

Luxury interior features: Residences will include 10-11 foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, custom Italian Molteni kitchens, European appliances, Italian marble bathrooms, private elevator access, and smart home automation systems.

Comprehensive amenities: The development will offer Four Seasons-serviced facilities including a restaurant, library, children’s area, pool deck with bar lounge, and extensive wellness facilities with spa services.

Signature wellness experience: The property features “The Caesar Experience” spa concept designed with Hofer Group, inspired by ancient Roman baths and including massage suites, cold plunge, hydromassage pool, sauna circuit, and specialised shower experiences.

Landmark Four Seasons Tower In Florida Now Under Construction

South Florida developers CMC Group and Fort Partners have officially broken ground on Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove, a milestone project that marks Four Seasons’ first standalone residential development in Florida. The groundbreaking ceremony also celebrated the opening of the development’s sales gallery, with residents expected to move in by early 2028.

The 20-story tower, designed by Miami-based architect Luis Revuelta, will feature a softly curved silhouette that creates a distinctive presence on the Coconut Grove skyline while maximizing panoramic views of Biscayne Bay.

Florentine designer Michele Bönan is crafting the interiors, with landscape architecture by Raymond Jungles completing the vision for this luxury development.

The development will comprise 70 residences ranging from 2,025 to 3,975 square feet, plus four expansive penthouses spanning up to 9,690 square feet.

Each of the private branded residences will feature open floor plans with impressive ceiling heights ranging from 10 feet 4 inches to 11 feet 6 inches, floor-to-ceiling windows, and private elevator access to individual foyers.
