Shanna Collective and Iguana Investments have secured $360 million in construction financing from Goldman Sachs Private Bank for the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Jacksonville, the loan represents the largest construction financing on record in Jacksonville.
Situated in Jacksonville’s dynamic sports and entertainment district, this development will place residents and guests in the heart of the city’s vibrant cultural and commercial scene.
The district encompasses Jacksonville’s premiere sports venues, including EverBank Stadium, home of the NFL’s Jacksonville Jaguars, as well as the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena, which hosts concerts, sporting events and live shows year-round
Iguana Investments is the real estate development company of Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shad Khan, his daughter, Shanna Khan, is the founder and CEO of Shanna Collective, a real estate development and design firm.

The ultra luxury hotel and residences development topped off in August 2025 and is expected to be fully completed by June 2027.
