Meraki Land has announced plans for Regent Ho Tram, a 220-key luxury beachfront resort and branded residences development on Ho Tram beach, scheduled to open in 2030.
The project will deliver 95 Regent-branded residences comprising Skyvilla Suites and private beachfront villas. Branded residences have become one of the fastest-growing segments in Vietnam’s luxury real estate sector, and Ho Tram remains one of the few underdeveloped stretches of coastline within easy reach of Ho Chi Minh City.
Regent Ho Tram will offer a total of 220 keys across 110 suites, 30 Skyvilla Suites with private pools, and 80 two-to-four-bedroom villas, each with a private pool. Food and beverage and wellness programming will round out the offering, with spa experiences delivered by Raison d’Etre.
The property sits on a private stretch of coastline less than two hours from downtown Ho Chi Minh City by car, making it the closest luxury beachfront destination to the city. It joins an established destination already home to The Grand Ho Tram Strip and The Bluffs Grand Ho Tram Golf Club, with highway access to Long Thanh International Airport scheduled to open in 2027.
Regent Ho Tram will be IHG’s second Regent property in Vietnam after Regent Phu Quoc. For Ho Tram, the announcement adds further weight to a destination that has built its luxury credentials on its natural coastline, manageable drive time from Ho Chi Minh City, and improving regional infrastructure.
Two Hotel Deal with IHG

IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG) and Meraki Land announced the two‑hotel agreement this week, the deal includes the signing of Crowne Plaza Saigon Binh Duong and the aforementioned Regent Ho Tram, further strengthening IHG’s portfolio across the country’s luxury and premium segments.
Crowne Plaza Saigon Binh Duong is being positioned to serve business travelers, international professionals, and corporate guests working in Binh Duong, one of Vietnam’s leading industrial and foreign investment hubs.
Scheduled to open in 2028, the hotel will offer 220 guestrooms and form part of a mixed-use development in Thuan An, integrating retail, commercial, and upscale residential components.
The property will feature a range of business and leisure facilities, including restaurants, a swimming pool, fitness center, and more than 1,000 square meters of meeting and conference space, catering to the growing demand for business travel and MICE activities in the region.
