Bottega S.p.A., the globally celebrated Italian sparkling wine brand, is making its first foray into the branded residences sector through a partnership with leading luxury real estate developer Atmosphere Living, to launch Bottega Gold Branded Residences, in India.
This first of its kind partnership, continues the trend of luxury brands joining the branded residences sector, with around 21% of branded real estate projects globally now associated with non hospitality brands, like Armani, ELLE, Porsche, Fendi, Bentley and ELIE Saab, to name just a few, of the 60 or so brands now active in luxury branded real estate.
While Bottega has not previously ventured into branded residences, it has established a robust hospitality presence through its 40 Prosecco Bar and Grill locations worldwide, and Atmosphere living has a strong reputation for developing luxury real estate.
Last year Atmosphere Living announced an expansion into the Indian luxury real estate market, with plans to introduce luxury serviced homes and branded residences in prime locations such as Goa, Lonavala, Himachal Pradesh, Jaipur, and Mysore.
This expansion is part of Atmosphere Living’s broader strategy to establish a strong foothold in the UAE and South Asia’s luxury real estate market.
Information still remains limited, so at this time we are not sure if the developments will have both short term stay hotel suites and private residential branded residences.
It is both an interesting and bold move, from both companies, and it will very interesting to see how they can work together, to provide a true branded residential experience.

The Bottega Gold Branded Residences, set to be unveiled soon, promise a “neo-lifestyle experience” centered on experimental wine culture, iconic design motifs, and bespoke hospitality services that will showcase Bottega’s distinctive DNA.
According to the publication Todays Traveller the resident experience will begin at check in with a flute of Prosecco, (which indicates the possibility of hotel rooms) and rooms will have private wine cellars.
The suites according to Todays Traveller will feature interiors inspired by Bottega’s Treviso winery aesthetic, with custom-made furnishings and décor reflecting the brand’s commitment to quality and innovation.
While residents will gain exclusive access to Bottega themed events and personalized wine experiences, immersing them in the vibrant world of Italian sparkling wine in a residential setting.
