The World Branded Residences Awards 2025
A first for BRF is The World Branded Residences Awards, which will celebrate excellence among agencies and individual brokers in the global branded residences market.
The awards feature three categories: Top Branded Residence Brokerage, recognising the firm with the highest sales volume; World’s Top Branded Residence Broker, honouring the individual with the highest transaction volume; and Largest Single Transaction Award, for the broker completing the most significant deal in the past year (1 September 2024–31 August 2025).
Winners will be announced on the main stage, with prizes including luxurious stays at Delano Dubai (7 nights), Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech (5 nights), and a Sofitel property (3 nights).

This branded residences event, will be packed with thought provoking sessions led by prominent industry figures.
The forum will kick off with a welcome address moderated by Jonathan Worsley, Chairman & CEO of The Bench, followed by a conversation with Barry Landsberg, Principal at Landsberg Residential Consulting Inc.
A key session, “TenX Leadership Talk – State of the Industry,” features Jeff Tisdall Chief Business Officer, Global Head of Mixed-Use Accor One Living will discuss and present the sector’s trajectory.
