We are pleased to announce our plans for the launch of “BRANDED” the world’s first magazine dedicated to the branded real estate sector. This branded residences magazine will be an extension of our website news section, it will be both real estate and lifestyle driven and published monthly.

“A lifestyle magazine gives us more flexibility and the opportunity provide not only an update of what’s happening within the sector, and give our advertisers more exposure, but to also show the lifestyle that one can enjoy by owning a branded residence.

We will highlight the gourmet restaurants, explore local attractions, show how good the golf is, if you own a residence in Cap Cana or Marbella, or the skiing in Crans-Montana if you own a FENDI Private Residence.

The team will deep dive and review the quality of the furniture and design elements provided in Elie Saab, Armani/CASA Residences or a Bentley designed home, Showcase the wellness benefits and treatments found in a Six Senses Residence.

There is so much that we can cover, outside of just promoting the actual homes for sale. Overall having this flexibility I am sure we can provide a very informative and interesting monthly publication” continued Payne.


Initially “BRANDED” will be me made available free of charge digitally, through the BRESI platform as a “flip book” with the long term plan of producing a print format distributed to select luxury hotels, private airports, and exclusive real estate offices worldwide.

FUTURE VISION


Looking ahead, BRESI hopes to expand its media presence with more exclusive content, invitation-only events and even the possibility of a property awards event for the best branded residences globally.

“BRANDED’ fits nicely with what we are doing with BRESI, but hopefully this is just the beginning, we’re planning on building a complete ecosystem for the branded residences sector, I do not expect this happen overnight and our focus must continue to be on making the BRESI property portal a success for us and our advertisers, but by adding one or two new staff I am confident that we can slowly, begin to start expanding the eco system”

The first issue of BRANDED is expected to be available from Q1 2025
