Four Seasons Reaches Record Highs in Growth of Branded Residential Portfolio

Four Seasons, a global leader in branded residential, is leveraging its industry-leading position to expand its portfolio of luxury Private Residences. Since entering the residential market nearly 40 years ago, the company has grown to manage close to 6,000 units across 54 properties in 29 countries. Currently, 65 percent of the hotel and resort development pipeline at Four Seasons includes a residential component, and Four Seasons standalone portfolio is growing at an exceptional rate with a projected 100% percent increase in these offerings to open in less than six years, further complementing the company’s steadfast market share within the luxury branded residential industry.

Porsche Design and Ananda Development Debut Asia’s First Porsche Design Tower in Bangkok

Porsche Design  unveiled its collaboration with Ananda Development, a prominent real estate developer in Thailand, to introduce the Porsche Design Tower Bangkok. The groundbreaking concept of the highly exclusive luxury residence is located on one of the most prestigious addresses in the capital city of Thailand.

The Porsche Design Tower Bangkok marks the first building of its kind in Asia and the third globally, following prestigious Porsche Design real estate developments in Miami, USA, and Stuttgart, Germany. This project features 22 exclusive duplex and quadplex ‘Sky Villas’ ranging from 525 to 1,135 square meters, designed to set a new benchmark for luxury living, with an average price of USD 15 million and up to USD 40 million. Construction will start next year and is set to be completed at the end of 2028.

Branded Residences Development Summit

Branded residences development, one of the fastest-growing sectors in hospitality, will take center stage at FHS World (30 September to 2 October), with a dedicated, full-day conference led by one of the sector’s leading innovators Accor One Living.

Debuting at FHS World on 2 October, The Branded Residences Forum will feature workshops and conference sessions exploring the sector’s rapid growth in the Middle East and across the world. Nobu Residences Danang Starts Construction

Officially announced in April 2023, Nobu Residences Danang is now at the exciting stage of prepping for the commencement of construction. With machinery now arriving onsite and the sales gallery fully open, construction will begin on this luxury branded residences tower slated to open in 2026.

The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, is an island on an island. The 66-story South tower at the southern tip of Brickell Key comprises of just 228 luxury branded residences, each offering breathtaking panoramic vistas of Biscayne Bay. This is a two tower development, with the North tower being a 121 key Mandarin Oriental Hotel, which will also offer an additional 66 private residences and 28 hotel residences.

According to the developer and reported by Florida of TMW this stunning new branded residential project has achieved a total value of $150 million in contract sales, and $1 billion in reservations, in just 30 days. This strong demand, even in a typically slow season, highlights the exceptional appeal of luxury branded residence projects in Miami and these 2- to 5-bedroom homes seem to have captured the interest for those looking for a branded hotel style lifestyle.

The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort Celebrates Grand Opening

Marriott International, Inc. (NASDAQ: MAR) announced its 9,000th property with the opening of The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort. Situated on an expansive 18 acres in Longboat Key, Florida, this luxury beachfront property features 168 exquisite guestrooms, including 26 suites, and offers breathtaking ocean views, outstanding culinary experiences, and world-class amenities, all reflective of the St. Regis brand’s signature distinctive design and exceptional service. The resort will also feature 69 private branded residences that will provide an extraordinary luxury living experience on Florida’s Suncoast.

Developed by Unicorp National Developments and designed by SB Architects, Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA Miami) and Dutch East Design, The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort is setting the tone for the brand’s expanding resort portfolio, marking the largest development on the island in over 50 years.

The company commemorated the opening with a celebration complete with the signature St. Regis champagne sabrage in the resort’s Great Hall overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

The Ritz-Carlton is gearing up to debut in Mexico’s Caribbean coast with the unveiling of The Ritz-Carlton, Riviera Maya and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Riviera Maya. This exciting development was just revealed by Desarrolladora Arca in collaboration with their sales team, IMI Worldwide Properties, and features architecture and design led by the famed Mexico-based designer Sordo Madaleno.

The luxury homes and residences will feature personalised kitchens with top-of-the-line appliances and spacious walk-in closets, along with outdoor amenities like summer kitchens, private plunge pools, and terraces overlooking the ocean.
