Etro To Launch Exclusive Branded Residences in Phuket’s Gardens of Eden

Etro, the Italian luxury fashion house, will launch Etro Residences Phuket, its first branded residence in Thailand and second globally, following a project in Istanbul.

Targeting affluent international buyers this development taps into the rising demand for ultra-luxury, limited edition branded residences in Phuket.

The project features just eight luxury branded homes, located on the second and third floors of two beachfront buildings, Etro Residences Phuket is scheduled to launch in December 2025.

Fabrizio Cardinali, Etro’s CEO, stated,

“We evaluated several proposals to expand our presence in that direction. The credibility of our partners and the beauty of the project and its surroundings strongly influenced our decision.”

He highlighted Phuket’s established luxury tourism market as a key factor, adding,

“Etro is a multifaceted brand. It began as a textile production company, and many of our prints are inspired by nature, with our iconic paisley being the most prominent.”


Etro Residences Phuket comprises of just eight world class designed residences, sized between 220 and 420 square meters, located on the second and third floors of two beachfront buildings.

Set for launch in December 2025, it forms part of the Gardens of Eden luxury residential complex developed by Phuket-based Amal Group of Companies, this 73-rai project carries a $315 million (approximately 11 billion baht) investment.

A beachfront residential complex, located 50m from Bang Tao beach, Gardens of Eden is a unique luxury and wellness destination comprising residences and facilities spanning over 122 000 m2 of rich natural landscape, 70% of which is dedicated to beautiful parks, lakes and gardens.

Yana Chuvalova, Amal’s Director of sales and marketing, said

“As demand for luxury residences continues to expand, we’re seeing a growing interest not only in hotel-branded homes but also in those affiliated with fashion labels.”

She emphasised that Etro Residences Phuket marks the island’s first fashion-branded residential offering, merging high fashion with luxury real estate in a region prized for its natural allure and increasing global appeal.



These branded residences will showcase Etro Home Interiors, reflecting the brand’s eclectic style—rooted in global cultures, travel, and art—complementing Phuket’s tropical environment.

At Gardens of Eden, typical units range from €1-3 million, with penthouses at €4 million. Pricing for Etro Residences Phuket is available upon request, per Chuvalova.
