Anna Carver, formerly with JLL London’s Residential Development team, joins GBR with exceptional experience in development consultancy, sales, and marketing for new projects.

Carver’s expertise spans the entire development lifecycle, including advising on strategy, positioning, and pricing. Her ability to align projects with market trends and brand expectations, will be critical as GBR seeks to establish a strong foothold in the region.

Based in Singapore, Anna will work closely with developers, hotel groups, and non-hotel brands in APAC to guide projects from conception through execution

Strengthening Leadership with Aldo Flakstad

Back in May 2025, GBR further bolstered its team with the appointment of Aldo Flakstad as Head of Consultancy.

Flakstad, previously Head of Residential Development at Knight Frank Italy, brings extensive experience in strategic development consultancy for both branded and non-branded residential projects.

His career includes work on multi faceted developments and boutique branded residences, with a focus on developing tailored strategies that align with business goals and market dynamics.

A people focused leader, Flakstad is known for building strong relationships and fostering collaboration to deliver high quality outcomes for all parties.
