Construction Update. Highlights until Sep 2024:

• 31 villas in the SAVA zone have completed 100% of the façade works.
• The remaining villas have completed over 80% superstructure works.
• Marina works: Lifting bridge abutment works substantially completed and erection of bridge to commence from Sep; sheet piling completed for embankment and ship lock (water gate).
• Children’s Park: 100% completed (phase 1 and phase 2).
• Central Park has completed 60% hardscape structure works.
• River Park has completed 60% hardscape phase 1 and 40% hardscape phase 2.
• Infrastructure works: 1st Asphalt completed 90% and sooner the project will be eligible for PCCC Inspection application
