Construction has officially begun on Pendry Nashville and Pendry Residences Nashville, a 30-story hotel and residential tower in the vibrant Paseo South Gulch district. With completion slated for 2027, the development, led by SomeraRoad in partnership with Montage International, Pendry Hotels & Resorts, and Trestle Studio, will bring sophisticated hospitality and residential living to one of the city’s most dynamic neighbourhoods.
The project was first announced back in March and soon after SomeraRoad secured a $253 million construction loan paving the way for the commencement this landmark project. With construction now fully underway official sales will begin in September.
Groundbreaking Celebration Marks a Milestone
The project’s groundbreaking ceremony brought together community members, partners, and local leaders, including Metro Nashville District 19 Councilperson Jacob Kupin, who commended the development’s potential to elevate the city.
Guests enjoyed bites from local favorite Maiz de la Vida and a live performance from Nashvilles own ERNEST at Carter Vintage Guitars, capturing Nashville’s cultural spirit.
The event highlighted the collaborative energy behind the hotel and residences, setting the tone for a transformative addition to Paseo South Gulch.
Contemporary Luxury Coming Soon to Paseo South Gulch
Designed by local architectural firm ESa (Earl Swensson Associates Inc.)and New York-based Post Company, Pendry Nashville will feature 180 guest rooms and suites, while Pendry Residences Nashville will offer 146 branded residences for sale.
The property will include a ground-level restaurant and lobby bar, creating a welcoming social hub, alongside a rooftop pool, garden restaurant, and bar with sweeping city views.
Additional amenities include an indoor-outdoor fitness center, a writer’s room and library for intimate meetings, a junior ballroom with a show kitchen, and a larger ballroom with a private outdoor terrace.
The design incorporates Italian marble, warm wood tones, burnished brass accents, vintage furnishings, and curated artwork, reflecting southern hospitality with refined elegance.
Pendry Residences: Luxury Living in Nashville
Occupying the upper floors of Pendry Nashville, the contemporary Pendry Residences Nashville will combine personalized service, inspired design, and unparalleled amenities for effortless turnkey living.
Pendry Residences Nashville will offer 146 residences, ranging from one- to four-bedroom layouts and reaching up to 3,800 square feet. These homes will feature spacious floor plans, bespoke finishes, and expansive city views, blending contemporary design with residential comfort.
Residents will enjoy access to the hotel’s amenities, including dining and fitness facilities, as well as exclusive features like a private rooftop pool, dining room, whiskey and billiards room, dedicated staff, security, parking, and comprehensive property management.
Sales for the residences will launch in September 2025, offering buyers a chance to own a piece of Nashville’s evolving skyline.
