Luxury developer and real estate company Caledonian has announced an agreement with Marriott International to open The St. Regis Residences Casares, Costa del Sol in 2026, the first standalone St. Regis Residence in Spain:

The First St. Regis Residence in Spain
The complex will be located in the exclusive Finca Cortesín, in Casares, Málaga , and will consist of 46 residences designed by the prestigious architect Marcio Kogan of Studio MK27 . The homes, which range from 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments to penthouses and lower penthouses , aim to highlight the concept of luxury and exclusivity in the region, through the design of each unit to offer an elegant and unique space.
The branded residences with panoramic views of the Mediterranean will range in size from 270 to 590 square metres, including large terraces and gardens, and will feature private swimming pools on the penthouses and ground floors. Prices will range from 2.4 to 6.5 million euros.
