The Aspen name is inspired by the tall, distinguished and elegant tree that is said to symbolise beauty, adventure and self-expression. The tree was imported into London during the 18th century for its smooth and strong timber, creating a connection with the area’s heritage of exotic and luxury goods arriving into West India Docks.
