What are Non-Hospitality Branded Residences
Non-hospitality branded residences are standalone residential developments that are licensed and associated with the name and aesthetic of luxury brands, operating outside the hotel sector. There are currently more than 60 non-hospitality brands involved in this sector.
These projects are normally 100% residential developments (we are beginning to see some co located hotel schemes) that emphasise design led architecture, high end interiors, and brand prestige without attached hotel operations.
They offer exclusive amenities like private spas, concierge services, wellness centers, gourmet dining venues, yacht clubs, and shopping. Residents enjoy an immersive brand lifestyle tied to the brand’s heritage, appealing to affluent buyers seeking status and long term value.

Aston Martin Residences Daytona Beach Shores
