The Jumeirah Asora Bay Hotel, slated for a 2029 opening, will offer 103 rooms and suites alongside 20 villas. Positioned on the peninsula of La Mer South in Dubai, this hotel reflects Jumeirah’s shift toward boutique-style properties, typically limited to 150 keys.
It emphasizes suites, villas, and branded residences—a model evident in properties like Jumeirah Mallorca and Jumeirah Capri Palace. The design prioritises architectural innovation and its coastal location, delivering a distinctive guest experience.

Jumeirah Residences Asora Bay, developed with Meraas, comprises 29 residences—including four-to-six-bedroom apartments and a seven-bedroom penthouse—plus six ocean villas. Located on a hillside with a terraced layout, it ensures every residence captures unobstructed views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai’s skyline.
