Residence 5.06 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom residence on the fifth floor of The OWO Residences by Raffles in Whitehall, London, offering 1,993 sq ft (185.2 sq m) of internal living space. Designed by Goddard Littlefair, the residence combines bespoke furnishings, natural stone and carefully selected finishes with a layout suited to both entertaining and private residential living.

The living room features bespoke oval seating and a bench selected by Goddard Littlefair, with doors opening onto a south-facing balcony.
The bespoke, handcrafted kitchen by Smallbone of Devizes features Perla Venata stone worktops, clear fluted glass detailing and integrated Gaggenau appliances, including a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop and concealed extractor. A Quooker Fusion tap provides instant hot water, while integrated waste storage maintains a streamlined finish.
The three bedrooms are arranged separately from the principal living areas to provide greater privacy. The principal bedroom overlooks Whitehall Court and features its own outdoor space and a dedicated seating nook for two. The second and third bedrooms overlook the residents’ garden. The principal en-suite bathroom is finished in Crèma Sofia stone and includes a Claybrook bath and antique brass overhead showers, reflecting the materials and detailing found in the Guerlain Spa, designed by the same studio.
