During the month, we have seen new project announcements for projects in Paris, Cairo, Dubai, Kolkata Ras Al Khaimah and Cave Cay in the Caribbean.

In Miami The James Hotel and Residences will become the tallest residential tower in Miami, and West Cairo will also see a new project that will be the tallest in that region.

We have also seen a number of branded residences officially open their doors to new homeowners including the Sea Tower at JW Marriott Residences Grand Marina Saigon, and a number of high end luxury developments begin construction.

Masterise Homes opens first-ever JW Marriott Urban Branded Residences in Asia-Pacific

JW Marriott’s first urban branded residences in Asia-Pacific have officially opened at Grand Marina Saigon.

The opening event marked the debut of Sea, the second residential tower within the Grand Marina, Saigon complex developed by Masterise Homes, introducing JW Marriott-branded residences in the region, which are now officially operating in Vietnam.


Standing 47 floors tall, Sea tower features an L-shaped design with façades inspired by the kapok tree, a historic symbol of HCMC. The tower offers panoramic views of the Saigon River, setting a new standard for branded luxury living in Vietnam.

The Sea Tower is surrounded by landscaped public spaces that combine riverside views with access to the city’s cultural and commercial areas.

Construction Begins at Mandarin Oriental Residences Grand Cayman


A groundbreaking ceremony, with representatives from Cayman Island government, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, and ownership in attendance, was held on Tuesday, February 11 which celebrated the construction commencement on two distinct residential offerings, The Beach House and Ocean House Residences.

The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Grand Cayman will be a sophisticated sanctuary atop one of the highest elevations on the island overlooking a grand, secluded beach framed by cliffs and tropical maritime forests.

Mexican racing driver Sergio “Checo” Pérez is gearing up to buy his first home in Miami, the luxury branded residence developed by Related Group

The champ race car driver, whose full name is Sergio Michel “Checo” Pérez Mendoza, is in contract to buy a ritzy residence at Related Group’s St. Regis Residences, Miami, sources told Gimme Shelter. 

The four-bedroom, 5½-bathroom home is just over 4,400 square feet and will be at 1809 Brickell Ave. with views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. While the price has not been disclosed, a current four-bedroom on the 27th floor is asking $9.6 million.
